I have moved out of the dark ages of the internet and created a discord server. There are other great discord communities for modding and mods in general already, like Deaderpool's discord. I've made one so that if you have questions/comments/issues/etc. specifically pertaining to my mods, you can communicate with me more easily about it. (Patreon is not the most conversation-friendly space ever.)
